Who should attend?
IT and operations people at distributors that run the MIS or SHIMS ERP: CTOs, IT directors, programmers, and operations leaders. If you help run or support a MultiValue system, this meeting is for you.
What does registration include?
Registration covers both meeting days: all sessions and user roundtables, daily breakfast and lunch, and the receptions and group dinners shown on the agenda. Pricing is tiered, so the earlier you register the less you pay: $279 through August 10, $299 August 11 to August 31, then $325 from September 1. The current rate is always shown on the Register page. Hotel and travel are booked separately.
I run a different MultiValue platform (D3, UniVerse, jBASE, OpenQM). Can I attend?
Yes. The meeting focuses on MIS and SHIMS, but the roundtable topics (cyber security, purchasing, BI, invoicing, dispatch) apply across the whole MultiValue world, and everyone in the community is welcome.
Are meals included?
Yes: breakfast and lunch each meeting day, plus the welcome reception and group dinner shown on the agenda.
Do I need to bring a laptop? Is there a dress code?
No laptop required, sessions are presentation and discussion based (bring one if you like). Dress is business casual.
How do I book my hotel room and get there?

Can I bring a colleague?
Absolutely, each attendee registers individually so we have an accurate headcount for catering and materials.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
All registration fees are non-refundable. However, your registration is fully transferable to a colleague at any time before the event, at no charge, just email support@mvusers.com with the new attendee's details.
